So let’s say your upper thigh is hurting when you walk, like near your hip and everytime you run for an extended amount of time your lower back starts to get sore, crap up

Is that meaning you strained something, not stretching enough, need new shoes?
Should talk to a sports doctor....

Find out how much calories you need at your height and weight, than eat less . Cardio can help you burn a bit more and resistance training can help as well. For me exercising added routine, structure, discipline plus I find it to be fun and a stress release but you don't NEED to domit every day to lose weight

Nothing like seeing someone pace, linger and posture waiting for a rack or platform only to do bytch weight or not hit squat depth.

Back to basics. Very good upper body workout and got into the gym by 5:20am like usual. 7/10.

Fall fast but get up faster.

Also, I can’t be having shawties spend the night anymore on the weekdays. 1) I don’t get enough sleep and 2) all that smashing leaves me tired in the gym.. :francis:
When you gotta turn down an AM smash because you got deadlift training :francis:
