some of the best gyms i have seen in my life have been HS weight roomsHigh schools be having weight rooms like that?.... Canada really sucks when it comes to collegiate athletics. A weightroom like that wouldn't even be in 90% of the universities here..... only the "big names" would have a "decent" setup......![]()

I do Sunday mornings, of course whatever free block works for you. Takes 2.5 - 3hrs if I am taking my time, plus i got the footy on. If no footy I'll put on the tunes and just vibe out.I have to start meal prepping for the weekend. I still weigh and track my food but need to get sharper for the weekends.
But it’s really the liq that has slowed my pace the past couple weeks. Lock in until the holiday then go from there.
Do you take pre workout before every session? I'm not too hip on the supplement game. I was looking into creatine and I've been taking magnesium.
