I got a serious question. How come some of these homeless tweakers you encounter on the street are ripped? What do they do to stay fit, man? :ohhh:

They probably don’t eat very much so they’re in a calorie deficit much of the time.

And if you aren’t eating many carbs for a long enough period of time, your body will switch to burning fat stores for energy.

I would say that many of these super lean people on the streets only LOOK shredded but don’t actually have much muscle mass.

I figured it was the caloric deficit, but they will have fully defined ab muscles. You got to have some decent muscle mass for them to be so pronounced, even if you're on the thin side

Always amazed by the lack of awareness and general common sense……

In the larger part of the gym there are 5 racks. Just behind that withing two feet there are 4 platforms that are aligned with the racks, basically as close as possible but with enough room for separate people to use both at the same time. Why are people doing deads between the rack and the platform?

I don't know how many hear follow powerlifting, but I'm basically going through the same thing as russ. Obviously I'm not at his level but I've had to hit the reset button and slowly work my way back. Been on a deload for about 3 weeks now and body is responding well. And to think all this happened because I entered the wrong numbers for a 4 week block :snoop:

Flew too close to the sun? Never got to a formal level but have damn near set myself on fire. It’s a thin line

Great game of soccer. February had ups and downs but it was generally up.

I feel much better about March, however. Rain is stopping and weather is warming up. More outdoor runs in my future.

Not quite at summer but still enough time to make serious progress. I have to get back to playing soccer 2-3x a week come summer.

Breh hit me up today to ask me about my Actively Black gear. Said he’s seen it online but didn’t know if it was legit. Might have convinced him to check it out.
