Sparkling water is all I drink at work (we have a fountain that dispenses it). The bubbles fill you up better than still.

Finally broke my plateau and down to 215, shooting for 200 by August and 185 by the end of the year

Good session today. Amazing what getting in an extra 15 minutes can do when you get up earlier than normal.

Low crowd overall but it’s always so many black women in there of all ages putting in work.

Did 5 workouts this week for the first time in a long time, man I forgot how draining a 5th is, but shyt gonna have to push through to see if I can get to 200 by Summer's end.

I officially switched gyms and Im going to invest in a trainer. Yep,gonna take homie up on the offer for the training sessions for six months to a year maybe.
