Picked up my race number today, got a decent workout in this morning. I'll chill and rest until Wednesday. Hopefully the weather holds up with cloud cover and the brezze we had this morning.

I love the gym forum but holy shyt at these dumb threads lately.

"How do I run faster!?!?!"
"How do I bike!?!"
"How do I lift heavier!"

fukking TRY it. over and over again till you get better. there's no magical way to get bigger/stonger/leaner/faster/whatever.

Consistency is the ONLY way to get better at anything.
