315 is the heaviest I'll go for squats. I do heavy lunges to finish off my legs. Went well today. :myman:

An average male gymnast height is 5'6'' with 3-5% bf when competing...add to the fact they've been training/active since they were in 1st grade. :beli:

So much for one achieving a body-type like that.:heh: :aicmon:

My flat bench is still :flabbynsick: but at least the weight and reps are going back up.

Got the MP45 nutrition plan and workout over the weekend. The grocery list was quite pricey but it should be worth it, great way to stop the poor eating habits. Just ate some cottage cheese mixed with PB and protein power, shyt was bomb af.
