Is the strong lift 5x5 program still beneficial if youre not really looking to increase weight? Im thinking of just using it as a basic strength routine using 20lb dumbbells for every rep.

fukked around and used the 85 lbs Dbs for shoulder press need to see what my overhead press numbers are. Haven't really hit shoulders directly in a minute. Been off creatine and protein shakes a month and no losses I can see. Really think I was overtraining this first half of the year.
after lifting. Hardly any aches at all.
