I need some serious help in getting into shape....
I gotta come clean and say that I'm not strong at all. My strength and conditioning is turrible
I used to lift weights back in high school but I never was ripped or anything. I'm 5'8 and I estimate my weight is around 150-160. I used to be hella skinny but slowly over the past year I been packing on pounds, mostly fat
At one point last year....I was doing like 100-200 push ups a day and doing some lifting but after I moved away for awhile to be with my ex, then I fell off
For one, I don't like my body type and I kinda look funny being a skinny fat nikka with man breasts. It just don't feel right

And with me developing a better mindset/outlook, I wanna become healthier and feel good. Any tips? I do have a situps bench and barbell with some weights to it, but i'm at the beginner/level 1 stages.
