Finally back, testing negative and able to go to the gym. Did a lighter session (Z2 Cardio and Push’ish) but felt pretty good.

Not sure when I’ll be back to formal programming. COVID-19 did number on the old man’s gas tank.

Legs yesterday
Solid Z2 today. Probably went at a “higher” heart rate for 20 minutes comfortably for the first time.

Light back workout yesterday. Neck/trap still band issue. Hitting the Peleton treadmill in a few.
