For me, without the gym, good music, comfort food like the occasional pizza and bag of chips :flabbynsick:, the occasional no strings attached p*ssy, and good reading material, I would've committed that long ago :to:

These things help keep my insanity intact and take the monotony and pain out of life or at least minimize it. How do you cope? What gets you through?:patrice:

Vices?

I usually keep my stress pent up so I can drink it all away at a bar on Friday or Saturday. I hate that alcohol is so normalized in our society tho. Makes me feel like binge drinking ain't a big deal so long as I don't drink every day. I need to cut that shyt out.:mjcry:

During the week I usually just nap before I head out to the gym.

Usually sounds of heavy rain, Lo-fi hip-hop beats, or some smoove shyt like Kool & The Gang or Roy Ayers, etc.

I had people in my family look at me weird when they came into my room and heard sounds of rain, while I'm sitting on my bed with my legs crossed and TV turned off.
