What will it take to actually get a Heel real heat?

3. Heels shouldn't interact positively with the crowd
4. If need be Heels should be bullies
5. Heels should be heels 24/7

Companies should pay heels more then to offset that

I think bobby Roode is great, future Universal champ, but he gets ZERO heat and that entrance put him over in a big way but also killed him as a legit heel

and he's actually not at fault because he's one of the very few heels that doesn't try to act too cool
