Why are there so many young brehs/brehettes so against working overtime?

After 5 months he should be proficient at his job... Tell that lil nikka to do better... 
People are just lazy breh. Nevermind all the bullshyt "Oh the younger generations want to live a better quality life" These young nikkas running around not doing shyt, same with the chicks. They're not skipping out on work to do fly shyt and live life. All that takes money. A lot of them are just lazy.
You dont gotta do it forever. And when you're single with no kids/family thats the best time to get it in and stack up. Social life can always come back

What I notice though, the ones that they are willing to pay overtime are attempting to abuse the employees
There are plenty of employees that wouldn’t mind working overtime but their jobs are trying to prevent that.
What modern employers are going to learn is that this new generation are not going to be the same slaves the previous generations were. They do not care about saving you money or making you rich especially if they know their job is bullshyt with scheduling, traffic, parking, solid hours, etc.
I had a job where I would work 10-12 hours, sitting in traffic for additional hours, then they would call me on my off days to fill in for someone else for overtime… NO nikka.

Gen Z realizes overtime is a waste of time and isn't going to bring someone out of poverty or above middle class
If you're job pays 41k and you work overtime guess what? Your still poor
The better solution would be to leave that job for one that pays more, hence why kids are so quick to leave jobs

In general, life in America is easy, unless you come from a background where you and your ppl were really struggling. Nobody wants to put in work to further their careers. I don't blame them though, because you can get by just chilling at home

I work OT but I balance it out. I work in healthcare that shyt too stressful to work OT every week.

Idk.. when you’re single is when you should be trying to enjoy life more.
Make enough to be good and set yourself up. What I’ve noticed is the main ones working OT are the ones with families and really don’t want to go home.
It’s weird because it should be opposite somewhat. But nahhh… it be the old heads trying to work overtime but it’s the old heads they push out because they can pay a young dummy cheaper… except that young man isn’t that big of a dummy and not gonna do overtime for shyt pay
