There are countless numbers of threads here about pawgs (including a "snowbunny one" with at least 1000 replies in it) so I really don't see the problem.

no actually not all slave mistresses were raped...some voluntarily had consensual sex and relationships with their white masters ...and some did get rape also....im just bringing out historical facts...and its not jus BW, native american women used to sell their men out and slave with white men also

asian women r doing too....so yall need to face the facts, women r band wagon fans, they roll with the winners and the white man is the the ruler of the earth currently

OK rape supporter.

While women watched their men be killed, saw their children fed to alligators, watched their husbands get sodomized, saw other women get babies cut out of their stomachs and trampled; they had "consensual" sex with their masters.

Men penises were cut off, men and women were burned and children were beaten to death but we will equate the sexual "relationships" that occurred back then to the relationships of women who face no such threats. Because you know, they must have really wanted it badly.

We must have a lot of hoodlums/thugs in the black community since the numbers are so high.

Most dudes are just regular dudes, people need to stop like there's only two type of black males.

The reality is a lot of dudes are weak and are cowards who feel the need to take advantage of the physically weaker women. Then some of this violence I believe is coming from men in the closet.

Black Women Face a Greater Risk of Domestic Violence

Black Women Face a Greater Risk of Domestic Violence
Oct 24, 2013 | Updated Jan 23, 2014

The high toll gun violence exacts on black males is all too well known. Less known is the fact that black women also face a disproportionate risk of lethal violence.

That's what we found in a new study released by my organization, the Violence Policy Center, for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Using data from the FBI's unpublished Supplementary Homicide Report, we found that black women are murdered by men at a rate more than two and a half times higher than white women.

In 2011, the most recent year for which such data is available, black females were murdered by males at a rate of 2.61 per 100,000 in single victim/single offender incidents. For white women, the rate was 0.99 per 100,000.

To understand these numbers, here are some important facts to keep in mind. First, the primary risk of violence does not come from strangers. Ninety-four percent of black women were murdered by someone they knew (a proportion that is equally high for white women).

And the vast majority of homicides of black females were not related to any other felony crime. Most often, they were killed in the course of an argument. In cases where the circumstances could be identified, 87 percent were not related to the commission of any other felony.

If not strangers, then who are the killers? At least half of the murders were a result of domestic violence. Among the black female victims who knew their offenders, 52 percent were wives, common-law wives, ex-wives, or girlfriends. Also, 93 percent of the homicides were intra-racial.

Gun violence plays a predominant role in homicides among black women. When the murder weapon could be identified, 51 percent of black female victims were shot and killed with a gun. Within that group, 82 percent were shot and killed with a handgun.

That's why women tempted to buy a gun for their self-protection should know that guns aren't the answer to domestic violence. In fact, several studies have found that having a gun in the home actually increases a woman's chance of being murdered. For African Americans as well as other women, guns are used not to save lives but to take them.

We should not sit back and accept a society where black women face a higher chance of getting killed. Women should be aware of resources that are available to help them escape domestic violence situations. And we simply cannot wait any longer before we pass effective laws to stop our national epidemic of gun violence.

whats below the water breh:lupe:

A movement...I tried to tell brehs what's going on and they ain't trying to hear it. I believe the term is "normalcy bias". Believing that because shyt was sunny the past couple of days, then it's going to be sunny in the future. Why do you think there's all the "black men ain't shyt" threads there? Swirling advocacy groups (bw&w, sistas with other brothas, bw who only love wm period and etc.), constant bombardment of ir in the media (e.g. scandal). They're out for blood, validation, and payback. Got black men laughing because they think it can't/won't happen.

People aren't looking at the endgame. Whether or not you believe it to be doable or valid makes no difference, all that matters is what they believe. They're advocating, encouraging and supporting black women stepping out on black men en masse...that I have no doubt about. I've seen them turn blind eyes to the bullshyt non-black men do that they'd crucify a black man for ("all black men are like that", "but it's not all white/asian/latino men are like that"). People think I'm joking but I think it's bearing fruit. Will every black woman leave? No. But plenty of them will if given the chance. The only thing holding back the floodgate is racism/white supremacy. When that gives, they're gone.

If you want to see a person's professional network go to Linkedin. If you want to see a person's friends/family go to Facebook. If you want to see what are getting off to, check sex sites. It'll show you what their personal sexual habits are. When you do, you'll see its more widespread than what certain people want you to believe.

Black men keep playing around, they've been telling you what time it is for awhile now, brehs ain't listening. Go look at the comments regarding the Black artist thread on LSA and compare them to here....see who's got love for who. Take it with a grain of salt because it's in the feminist/womanist section, but check what they're saying.....

The Facts:

Let’s begin with some numbers – cold hard facts. According to the new Violence Policy Center (VPC) report “When Men Murder Women: An Analysis of 2011 Homicide Data”, Black women were murdered by men at a rate that was more than 2.5 times greater than the rate for White women. In fact:

94 percent of Black women knew their killers;

52 percent of them were either wives, common-law wives, ex-wives, or girlfriends of their offenders;

Firearms were often used to murder Black women;

Black women were often killed during the course of an argument.

Domestic violence is a serious issue for all women at all socio-economic levels; however the issue is a heightened matter of life and death in African-American communities. If you or anyone you know is in an abusive relationship – GET EDUCATED AND GET HELP!

A Special Message …

To those women who are in an abusive relationship, this can be scary and I know you may be afraid to leave. At the end of the day, if you only remember one thing, remember this: you have permission to leave … you always have. No one is judging you if you decide to stay, just understand that we are afraid for you and simply want you to be safe.

Which is exactly why Im happy that my sisters never went with hood dudes.

One went with a good black man and the other went with a black nerd and they are doing fine.

Abuse is not limited to hood dudes. Women ignoring that fact could be determental. Women better be looking at a lot more than if he is "hood" or not. All that glitters isn't gold.
