Good point about the porn aspect. Adds another layer to the artwork. Porn is mainly made for men. Men watch women in demeaning positions. What does that say about the men seeing this artwork. Do men or the artist get pleasure from seeing black women in these positions? Men are the ones giving the women in social media (IG) attention and buy expensive cars and clothes to attract women, who some also use to showcase their status.
Then instead of compassion, outrage or feeling some type of protectiveness over/ defensiveness for black women some black men get pleasure from seeing women put down, because again it feeds their ego.
The reaction men have from this piece says a lot about them.
