best interview was the one that got me my current job
i was only supposed to meet for a hour with the head of HR and hiring manager..i ended up staying for 4 hours and they threw everyone in my now current team at me...usually they keep you that long and they have ALOT of interest...got the job roughly 9 days later that put me in a whole new salary bracket
worst interview was a job i interviewed for 10 years ago
it was a job that mentioned having unix skills as an optional but not required..i thought to myself ok no problem i knew a little bit about unix....when i got there the dude who interviewed started throwing unix questions at me which had me like

then sat me at the terminal to test..needless to say i left that place knowing tight as mufukka knowing for sure i was not getting a call back. learned a valuable lesson that day...whatever skills are required make sure im solid in them..first and last interview that ill fail a skills assessment test
