Back when i was actively losing weight I ate a lot of eggs, sausage, bacon, peanuts and lean chicken
But today ill probably get a big club sandwich from Jersey mikes after i get out of the gym

When do you eat?

The only challenge I have is food is always present at social events and everybody loves eating and talking. When I'm home, fasting is easier. Learned to say no though but it's still a challenge around friends.What sucks about the OMD is that all you see is food commercials on tv, and food reviews keep getting recommended on your YouTube page. Imma act a fool this Saturday on my cheat day.![]()
my weight doesn’t usually fluctuate that much the most I’ve ever gained was 20lbs a few years ago and I used this diet to lose that too lol the whole time I was on this diet I would make my husband hella food and watch him eat it, I was living through him. lmao
