He was the most consistent rapper of the 90s and I don't even think its close. Commercially he got better with each album till he finally went platinum with Docs Da Name. He also influenced a bunch of MCs. He was the perfect bridge between underground and commercial which had a clear division back than.

Something that's crazy about the Dare album is that he did more production on that album than any of his other ones which is crazy considering how high we was. A lot of people don't kno he came into the game as a DJ.
Here's my issue with Muddy Waters, and keep in mind that I voted yes for it, what are the standout Red cuts from that album? On par with Tonights the Night, Superman Lover, How you Roll a Blunt, Time for Some Action, How High Remix, Can't Wait?

Your right Muddy Waters doesn't have any classic singles. Tonites Da Nite and Cant Wait are my two favorite tracks of his. Whateva Man was maybe the most well known

It's not just singles either...Watch Yo Nuggets, Superman Lover 1 and 2, How to Roll a Blunt...
Muddy Waters is just such a dope album from start to finish...and like I first said, the first three albums are super certified...it doesn't even matter.

Darkside might be my favorite hip hop album. That shyt is like a acid trip on record. his style was retarded on there. As far as Muddy Waters.....not a huge fan but its still a pretty damn good album. Everything after that is doodoo.....especially Blackout.
