I train 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday. Monday through Friday I do at least 60 minutes of weights (usually ends up being more like 90) plus core work and cardio. Saturday is all cardio and core.

Eat anything you want just be on a caloric deficit, have your eating window for 8 hours preferably from 12pm to 8pmI've been meaning to try this type of diet. I know a few who have done with great results. I've always been a gym rat, but I've put on a few pounds in the last few months. I'm at 190 right now and wanna get down to 170-175. Woule be great if someone can dumb it down for me and tell me exactly what I need to eat and when to eat, while keeping my energy up and not losing much energy and strength. I work from 730-430 and I do have time to hit the gym during my work day and after work. Thanks in advance
I try to do a refeed day...
I couldn't even get to 2000 calories..
Might have to go to gnc and get protein to add calories...
Even with carbs![]()
You could easily increase the carbs based on the above ^^^
