I've been meaning to try this type of diet. I know a few who have done with great results. I've always been a gym rat, but I've put on a few pounds in the last few months. I'm at 190 right now and wanna get down to 170-175. Woule be great if someone can dumb it down for me and tell me exactly what I need to eat and when to eat, while keeping my energy up and not losing much energy and strength. I work from 730-430 and I do have time to hit the gym during my work day and after work. Thanks in advance

Eat anything you want just be on a caloric deficit, have your eating window for 8 hours preferably from 12pm to 8pm

Your responsibility is to count your calories make sure you don't go over the amount you want to take in.. 3600 calories equals a pound so you wanna cut at least 500

I personally cut 1500 and I've lost 25 pounds since April

Even with carbs..

Had turkey sausage/egg/5 hamburgers with no bun/a peanut butter banana smoothie/medium sized portion of linguini...

My stomach was like enough:stopitslime:..

Liquid calories would be the only way to get over the hump.

Edit...

I might have just hit over 2000... miscalculation of the hamburger calories

I try to do a refeed day...

I couldn't even get to 2000 calories..:mjlol::mjcry:

Might have to go to gnc and get protein to add calories...
im really uninformed about a refeed day whats the benefit for this
I see people talking about eating over 500g of carbs :picard:

Basically it replenishes your body physically as well as mentally...

I usually get between 50-70 carbs most days..

So I kinda try to push the envelope more and get above 100

Then i treat myself to a piece of ice cream cake,orange juice etc


500 Carbs is excessive:damn:
