SGA should’ve won imo. Had Brunson second.

When Magic won 3/4 years he made the Finals each time and won the chip each time. I’m know it’s a regular season award too but the Thunder had a 17 game improvement and were the number one seed in the west. Jokic is 100% a great player and deserved mention and should’ve won LAST YEAR imo, but this year? Nah. He’s not that bad defensively either. At least he’s solid now imo.

But yeah when you are white and great imo, the world is yours. And while he’s definitely great, this wasn’t his mvp this year.

SGA was my pick all season but 17 game improvement is not a good argument. SGA was 31/5/5/2 last season too and top 5 MVP and All NBA 1st team and OKC won 40 games. Numbers damn near similar. Now I'm not sayin he was better last season but OKC big improvement is not because he reached some MVP level... He already was at that level last season. Reason for OKC 17 game improvement was JDubb bein one of the most improved players and gettin close to all star status and havin one of the best rookies we seen in a long time in Chet - he wins ROY in many seasons and he already one of the best defenders in the league and five them spacin they ain't had last season.

he was definitely getting inserted into Tim Duncan/Kobe territory off one chip and if we're being honest it's because he's white.

he at least has accomplished more than Luka, who the same people hyping him up as all time top 5 top 10 also been trying to hype up since his second season for every obvious reasons.

without a doubt lol, these would be the same people who been saying he was a favorite for MVP since his second season like every year.
