That's a win now team, has every component needed to contend would likely be the number one overall defense in the league and has fire power on the offensive end with George, Leonard, Lou being able to give you 20 points a night each. :stopitslime:
:mjlol: neither Kawhi or PG are the type to dominate the ball/usage. So that line up you posted ain't going anywhere. Who's more marketable Lakers or Clippers:mjgrin:

Ingram
Kuz
Randle
Ball
Along with PG or Kawhi are far more formidable, especially offensively. Short term or Long term no matter how you slice it.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
What :mjlol:

The only trade happening between the 76ers and the Spurs is when we give them Patty Mills and a 2nd rounder for their second rounder so we can make room for Derrick White next year...

Boston and whoever gets the number 1 or 2 pick are the only teams that can offer things that you just can't turn down for Kawhi...Boston with Tatum / Brown / draft pick and whoever gets the 1st or 2nd pick...Kawhi and the spurs first for that pick and the spurs draft Ayton or Bamba...

if they trade Kawhi they are going to trade for players who fit with Dejounte and the 76ers sure as shyt don't have any players like that outside of Embiid...and I got to see him play a full season healthy first...

Maybe the lakers with Kuzma and Ingram...but I'm not really sold on Ingram and pop likes them thick at the 3 or the 4:chattyguurrrlll:

:ld: The Sixers have the lottery pick you're attributing to the Celtics and the C's aren't trading Brown/Tatum for a SF with a player option. The only way Tatum or Brown get moved at this point are for Anthony Davis, not a player that plays the same position as them.

If it comes out that he wants out be prepared for offers that will make you :to: too.

kawhi for wall.
Paul George for Otto
Barnes for Beal ( or we retain)

Lebron sees this and moves to the west cause he doesnt want those problems trying to score on them

Or beal and porter for disgruntled kawhi and expiring PG13

Wall on the Spurs ? :russ:

Kawhi needs to join the Lakers... it's only right :wow:

Trade Kuzma, Ingram and some fillers for Kawhi

Sign PG

Resign Randle

Zo
Curious George
Kawhi
Randle
Dwayne Dedmond

But if we can somehow keep BI tho.... :leon:

Find me a team that can offer a better package and I'll find you a liar

Kuzma stays :camby:

They would just move him or Gordon to the 2...

Kawhi, Kyrie, and Gordon would rule the east as long as they were together...you can punch the celtics ticket to the nba finals from next year until....

and eventually they going to lose Tatum or Brown for nothing anyway as they come up on new contracts...might as well get a MVP caliber player for them now...

This isn't like trading for Boogie or even trading for Kyrie...this is trading for a guy who was considered the "best two way player in the league" which to me seems like the best player in the league...so teams are going to bust it open...

Now if it comes out that his condition is degenerative and the real reason he won't play is because once he does people can see how :scusthov: he looks then yeah...at that point you going to be getting the oladipo's of the world for him...

The Sixers having that lakers pick aint enough...they would have to do that pick and embiid for Kawhi and neither team is going to do that...

They aren't trading them for Kawhi, they didn't want to trade the pick + Brown for Butler, and that was before they knew what they had in Tatum. The Celtics aren't going to have 4 max contracts on their roster, two of them which will be up for extensions that take them into the $30+ million a year each with Horford still on the hook for a few more years.

Neither Brown or Tatum are due for contracts anytime soon, the earliest they would be on the books together with new contracts is 2024 :ld: The only way those guys get moved in a package is if Giannis or Davis are on the market, Ainge is all about keeping the young players on that team.

The Sixers have Saric, Covington and Fultz in addition to a lottery pick (10th) and their own pick. You're overestimating what other teams would offer for Kawhi without assurances that he would resign with them, especially not now after what he's done in SA. They can get good packages for him, but you're thinking about Anthony Davis level packages (He's locked up for 3 more years) or the type of trades Giannis would get, also locked up for a few more years.

Wall probably chops it up with Pop more than any player when their teams play...

If the wizards centered their trade around wall I could see the spurs at least listening...

Penny’s argument was kind of stupid.

Because Leonard don’t want to be in commercials he isn’t a superstar :heh:

Now as far as being a product of the system, I can see a PARTIAL argument for that. No doubt being in the Spurs system helped Leonard excelerate his growth as a player, but you’d have be completely blind to not see that Leonard is the real deal from a talent standpoint.

It might end up being a case like Kyrie, where he has to leave Cleveland and Lebron to establish himself as a legitimate superstar within his own right :yeshrug:

My Pops Forever RIP
It's not about becoming a star. It's about maximizing your brand. Kawhi's brand and buzz increases the minute he steps foot in LA as a Clippers player. Kawhi's jersey sales would be top 5 in LA. It's not only about endorsements but also connections. Andre Iguodala since joining the Warriors has become a techie and venture capitalist from networking with Silicon Valley investors.

Carmelo Anthony became a hell of a businessman in his Knicks tenure, venture capital, wine, sneakers and apparel, tech investments, media, collaborations, reality TV, even had his kid modeling in Sean John. He was a star in Denver, but in New York he maximized his brand, diversified his portfolio, and enjoyed a better quality of life and a bit of a homecoming. That's a glimpse of how things could be for Kawhi.
But the internet shrunk the world and stuff :heh:
