went to applebees and was lookin over the nutrional info and saw that the chicken fajita wrap is 1040cals with 119g of protein :leon: that cant be right though, no way.

ate it anyway :lolbron:

To all you putting 2 scoops of protein in your shake, you are wasting your money. 2, 1 scoop shakes a day is more efficient.

"Your body can process only so much protein in a single sitting. how bad is sodium for you? cause some of the canned chicken breast/other stuff has a lot of sodium in it

body composition has a greater effect on things like high blood pressure than what you consume, but if you can help it try not to eat TOO much sodium

i take fishoil and potassium

i meant meal, you dont just shyt food out in an hour after eating it

it sits in your gut and slowly digests

the only time you dont use food or it gets converted to fat is when there isnt a need(in caloric surplus)

stay out of this thread with this misinformation :birdman:
