Would it make any sense to do intermittent fasting on the weekends when my schedule is easier to work with? If so would I only eat between 12-8? I usually don't eat part 8 the night before and do all workouts in the morning, completed by 7:45am.
fasting isnt something that will make or break a cut, to me its just easier for some people who have a hard time getting regular meals throughout the day
fasting only twice a week isnt quite the same as the whole week but as long as youre in a deficit, youre losing weight in some shape or form
