What Flavor You Got And How Does It Taste?

Dutch Chocolate like K-Deni suggested. Tastes pretty damn good to me even with the almond milk/water mix.

Once I get a blender an throw some ice and half a banana in there :lawd:

When Do You Take Yours?

Drinking them for breakfast not which most days will also be post workout. Monday is usually a rest day but I'm going to atleast do push-ups and ab work in the morning.

Yesterday I had one for breakfast around 8:30AM and didn't each lunch until close to 2:00PM and wasn't hungry at all before lunch.

I Hit My First Initial Goal Of Hitting 180 Brehs :wow:

I Could Of Hit It Earlier Then This But I Got Involved With A Female For Like A Month And A Half And My Routine Took A Hit :beli:

My Next Goal Is 160

My Next Small Goal Is Entering October At 175

I Stepped The Cardio Up After Much Laziness (And Hesitation Due To The Convenience Of My Schedule) On My Part

I Set That Goal 45lbs Ago So Feels Good To Reach It

yeah i said it earlier but shellfish and crustaceans have the highest protein per calorie ratio of natural foods

but mercury/iodine should be a concern(i love creole though :noah:)

Definitely not on the regular but if you're looking to change it up. I always forget about shrimp.

I never got into it but I almost had gumbo the other day but the sodium was no joke. Getting 50 grams from the protein drink for breakfast will hopefully help. I might get a few shrimp Friday with my regular fish order.

Would it make any sense to do intermittent fasting on the weekends when my schedule is easier to work with? If so would I only eat between 12-8? I usually don't eat part 8 the night before and do all workouts in the morning, completed by 7:45am.

:manny: fasting isnt something that will make or break a cut, to me its just easier for some people who have a hard time getting regular meals throughout the day

fasting only twice a week isnt quite the same as the whole week but as long as youre in a deficit, youre losing weight in some shape or form

It feels like the weight loss is stalling again. I think I'm at the point where I need to stop worrying about drastic numbers each week. I can see some changes in body comp and strength. I need to add another day of lifting to my week also. I'm 3 lift and 3 cardio, probably needs to be 4/2.
