I like my women tall
Started eating diffrent and running last July. I was 230 6'1
not sloppy but no bueno.. started lifing 5 days a week starting in jan. Currently 195 a lot more definition but no where near i want to be. Its crazy people see a difference but I still see the same cat who was 230.
I don't have an exact pic of what I wanna look like but I wanna be able to come out da shirt at the first sign of a sunny day
I need diet tips tho.. like ima be one hunna like eating 5 x a day.. I can't do that.. and when I'm broke I still fux wit fast food
its not often (once or twice on that off pay week
) but any advice would be awesome. And some tips on workouts to get my pecs and biceps bigger would help too
