Started eating diffrent and running last July. I was 230 6'1 :scusthov: not sloppy but no bueno.. started lifing 5 days a week starting in jan. Currently 195 a lot more definition but no where near i want to be. Its crazy people see a difference but I still see the same cat who was 230. :yeshrug: I don't have an exact pic of what I wanna look like but I wanna be able to come out da shirt at the first sign of a sunny day :russ: I need diet tips tho.. like ima be one hunna like eating 5 x a day.. I can't do that.. and when I'm broke I still fux wit fast food :sadcam: its not often (once or twice on that off pay week :lolbron:) but any advice would be awesome. And some tips on workouts to get my pecs and biceps bigger would help too :obama:

what about arms? i dont really need to lose weight (6'3" 200 lb, athletic build), ive got a 4 pack (id like to make it 6 however :ehh: ) but my arms are flabby, no definition whatsoever.

Alls i got is two 10 lb dumbbells. Was thinking about picking up some 20lb later this week. Can i get some definition with just those and the rules mentioned in the OP of this thread? should I pick up some barbells as well? :lupe:

pushups...would help

how about getting maybe some 40lb DBs?

down 13 pounds since i started in december. have stalled last 3 weeks due to bronchitis and other illnesses but no weight gain. have 3 months til i head to floirda for vacation so time to get busy.

I try and minimize my liquid calories and been drinking water more than anything. But I can't drink water for breakfast. I drink milk. 2%. Is Orange juice a better option?

as long as you count your numbers its fine, but in the grand scope of trying to cut. Liquid calories not included in a protein shake usually do more harm than good

Thoughts on white rice?

I tried brown rice & HATE IT

A usual dinner for me consists of steak with mixed veggies or chicken with mixed veggies

Friends are telling me my white rice intake is hindering my weight loss

Thoughts?

Morning is usually honey nut cheerios & almond milk

Protein shakes & clif bars throught out the day till dinner time

White rice is nutritionally void. It's just filler calories. Nothing wrong with it if you're running a deficit.

I carb load with white rice sometimes if I'm out of fruit or not feeling it.
