factor the number of calories in to your daily amount

if you go over, dont eat it
This^^^

If you have enough will power to have enough of it worked into your overall cals/macros you should be good. Under that ideal there should be a reason why you can't have them in moderation.

I've been stuck at 224-230 for 2 months now.
I do hiits 15 go 15 rest
10 minutes of ab exercises
basic shoulder arm chest exercises with dumbells
3 meals a day and only drink water with 1 cheat meal a week

I'm thinking i should switch to cardio on my exercise bike for the last 20lbs?

Thoughts:

Find a comprehensive lifting program
If you aren't tracking calories or able to realistically eyeball totals losing further weight is going to me a crap shoot. Throw in the weekly cheat meal and it becomes harder.

Make sure you are increasing hiit (reps) once you get use to it.

rotate exercises often (i like to do every 4 weeks)

maybe try eating more frequently?

focus on exercises that get your heart rate up. Google plyometric exercises.

also, you want to incorporate alot of combination/compound exercises. you dont want your body to get use to doing things.

make sure your meals dont have alot of fat, simple carbs, or sodium.

So. Cal
calorie counting is only for serious body builders and there's an easier method instead of counting calories. Portions is where its at. If u know what you're eating isnt high in calories then you should be good. Just eat clean and you'll see results. You should know by now what is good and isnt good for you.

And before ya'll nikkas get on me about counting calories, i leave u with this

I need some help fellas. This is basically my diet which according to fitnesspal it's 2000 calories which is my aim but I'm still not sure if it's too much

Breakfast
Oats and milk
50g whey

12pm
1 cup of brown rice
Salad
3 boiled eggs

3pm
1 cup of brown rice
1 Chicken leg
Salad

Snacks
Peanuts
Fruits

6pm
Chicken leg
Salad

9pm
50g of whey protein
1 tbspoon peanut butter

Would you say this is too much or just about right? Any advice would be appreciated.

I also lift and do cardio 6 days a week.

What's your goal?

On the surface it doesn't seem like enough if you workout 6 days a week.

breh dont worry about calorie counting. Look up Portions for getting lean. But i can tell straight off your list that u need to change your chicken leg into a 4oz chicken breast.
