What did u do to start cutting?
HIIT cardio (30 sec all out sprint, 1 minute rest) Super Set weight lifting (light weight, hi reps, no breaks in between sets, 30 sec break in between super sets).
typical day eating wise for me is
Morning: protien shake
meal 2: 1/2 cup tuna (or greek yogurt)
meal 3: protien and veggie
meal 4: 1/2 cup tuna (or greek yogurt)
meal 5: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 0% milk, 1/3 scoop protien, and blue berries
work out
meal 6: protien shake and fruit (usually banana or apple)
meal 7: protein and veggie.
im seeing great results so far
