It was suggested i change every 4 weeks.
I lost 80 pounds then continued to mixe it up and for 2 months stayed at the same weight.
I'm now 2-3 pounds lighter but i think that might be muscle loss

Why aren't you lifting for upper and lower body each week?

I do take the weightloss seriously, at one time during my year of weightloss i didn't touch chocolate for 3 months and i haven't drank in 7. I have developed great will power but with all the information out there it gets confusing. I know i look great at 200 and good at 210, right now im 222

I did upper body yesterday for the first time in a month. I get stuck in my ways and with so much conflicting information out there its hard to trust it. Plus i think being a hard gainer (if you believe in that) had ME convinced that i had a lazy attitute to my own health
