I love this plan because I can have rice. I made a home made dish and I calculated the meal to only be a 12 with rice. I threw on 100 calories from what I calculated just to be safe.
So are you seeing a lot of progress?

I try to stick to the under 15 method through the week and under 20 on weekends. I even found a way to eat ice cream lol I'll pair it with 3-4 oz of chicken (no I don't mix them together) but with the chicken it's nearly a 12.

Hell I was talking about myself. I'm weighing tomorrow morning to see the change since I didn't workout today. After that I'm not checking again until Sunday for the weekly.
I don't have the self control to randomly eat sweets.
I'm on the cusp of losing 10lbs but it's been fluctuating so that's why I know I need to stop tripping and just weigh in once a month.
I don't have the anything NOT to eat sweets. I'm good with not having candy, it gets stuck in my braces anyway but ice cream I still rock with and I've been able to control the portion amount. I don't buy it regularly either which helps because if it's in the house, I'm going to eat it.

There's a whole bunch of shyt I've been wanting to add to this thread. One of them: invest in a good Omega-3 fish oil supplement. shyt is so good for you overall, and helps so much in combination with exercise and good eating.
