I love this plan because I can have rice. I made a home made dish and I calculated the meal to only be a 12 with rice. I threw on 100 calories from what I calculated just to be safe.

The weight loss is steady at about 1lb per week just off eating but I still feel gelatenous. I've been trying to do resistance bands but I don't think I'll see major results until I'm able to lift and I won't be cleared to do that until late November.

I know but it's hard, I'm still obsessed so I weigh in regularly.

I try to stick to the under 15 method through the week and under 20 on weekends. I even found a way to eat ice cream lol I'll pair it with 3-4 oz of chicken (no I don't mix them together) but with the chicken it's nearly a 12.

Hell I was talking about myself. I'm weighing tomorrow morning to see the change since I didn't workout today. After that I'm not checking again until Sunday for the weekly.

I don't have the self control to randomly eat sweets.

I'm on the cusp of losing 10lbs but it's been fluctuating so that's why I know I need to stop tripping and just weigh in once a month.

I don't have the anything NOT to eat sweets. I'm good with not having candy, it gets stuck in my braces anyway but ice cream I still rock with and I've been able to control the portion amount. I don't buy it regularly either which helps because if it's in the house, I'm going to eat it.

That might be my new measure. I got family dinner Sunday so my normal Monday weigh-in won't be pretty.

You're Telling Me, I Got Family Visiting Right Now, I Already Missed 2 Runs And Went Out To Dinner Twice lol

I Was So Eager To Hit The 170's I Scale Watched Like A Muthafukka, I Hit 179 And Got And Amped, Weight Myself 3 Days Later And Was Back At 180 :noah:

Getting Refocused And Not Looking At That Scale For Another 2 Weeks

I Was Taking The Vitamin Shoppe Brand For Months Then Recently Switched To This

Taking 3 Caps Spread Throughout The Day Along With Multivitamin And A Small Ass Vitamin D Pill

Any Suggestions As Far As Brands When It Comes To Fish Oil?
