After hearing peoples before stats. I been lifting and working out for years but I'm one of them dudes that go ham, get to a good weight, then for one life event or injury or some shyt, workouts slow or stop and then old food habits start creepin back. 
on the other I have to be honest with how I have let it influence my nutrition.
