So, long story short I met this chick for the first time 2 years ago. She's my homegirl's best friend and room mate. We been flirting on and off since that time. We rarely see each other but when we do we always have a good time together. We've laid up together watching movies and what not but nothing sexual has happened. Last time I saw her was February because our schedules have been so busy.

Over this summer she texted me and told me she really liked me.

This woman is ideal for me. Tall, smart, beautiful, conscious Black woman with a Biology degree. I could easily see myself locking her down.

I see her for the first time since February this Friday and I'm contemplating telling her how I feel about her. Is that a bad idea brehs? I don't want to play it overly cool and I dont want to spill my guts. I'm not sure which way to go with this. I want to cuff her, pickings are slim out here these days when you're looking for a certain kind of Black woman.

One thing leads to another and when everything is said and done we wound up having sex 3 times. As she's going to work the next morning I leave with her cuz I'm going home too. I tell her I've liked her for years, I ask her if she was looking for a relationship( in hindsight a bad idea) she responds in a nutshell "You're the only person I'm dealing with, lets just see where this goes."

I've been reading this thread, so I now I realize that I gave up some of my power by being slightly honest and telling her I've been feeling her for years. Keep in mind we haven't gone on one date, I haven't spent any money on her. I'm pretty sure she likes me, sex was on point. She told me that I won her over after I jokingly suggested that Im close to getting on her good side.

Am I in the drivers seat brehs? I haven't contacted her since yesterday. Probably wont today either. Where do I go from here coli brehs? Keep in mind that I've been trying to lock this one down since 2011. I'm just not good at "playing it cool" like y'all are. Need advice.

I RESCUED my girlfriend when she was in the gutter.

She'd been thrown out by her cruel ex and had nothing to her name.

I put a roof over her head and gave her a car, cash and free holidays.

Now she's announced she's marrying someone else.

Apparently she's met a bloke on the internet and it's true love. They're planning a Caribbean wedding with all the trimmings.
