depends on the vibe. maybe she had to go. maybe she wasn't interested in the convo. I would just let it go and KIM. if she wants something from me she'll come and if i feel like i should charge her, i will.

Pure platinum, more like. This is what myself and others have been saying in this thread already.

Once you appreciate your own value and have your own game stepped up, them women should be checking for YOU, not the other way around; and they best know that if they can't enhance your life in anyway or bring something to the table then it's bushes. You have to stand out with your uniqueness, but make sure you're doing it for yourself and not others. I'm so glad this message is being put out there more and more. A pretty face and a nice body is no longer enough. Women have to put in that work now, playtime is over.

Kind of a silly "flaw" but....see how some dudes can't "seal the deal"? I'm the opposite....I sometimes have trouble "placing the bid". Any time I did come out successful, it was because either she initiated things, or I just grabbed an oppurtunity. I'm not the type of guy who can just walk up to people and talk to them like I know them; I'm way too mistrusting for that. This has probably lost me a lot of tail...

I have someone I kind of "have an eye on", but idk (as in I've only been around her a couple of times; but she seems to be decent and quite fukkable), but this situation's a bit different. She used to be my manager (my last day of work was yesterday), and she's quite new to the job herself. Thing is,besides whenever I go up there to drink with the homies, I don't have much other reason to be there. How would you guys go about "tackling" this.....?

You shouldn't see anything about YOU as a flaw, but an opportunity to stand out among the rest. You have to tailor your approach to what is natural and comfortable to you. If you step outside of your norm, it won't last and you'll end up with someone that isn't your speed anyway...You'll end up over your head and unhappy. I don't like wasting my time being unhappy and I'd imagine you wouldn't either. It's far more gratifying if a woman shows interest in you being you and not coming with a script or a role you think would bag her.

I'm not sure what your personality is like, but If she has shown any interest at all, when I go up their with my homies, I would make sure every interaction has some humor involved. I'd actually talk shyt to her to get her off that high horse her managerial position has her at. She probably thinks she is above you. And you have no shot out of the friend zone if that's the case. I would pull back some of your insults, sprinkle in a compliment...I'd say 70/30 insult to compliment ratio and see how she reacts.. If anything, you'll lower her defenses that you want to fukk her and make her insecure to the point where she would start to crave some validation from you... And before you know it, you're on a date..

But that's just me..

If she has shown no interest and you go up there drinking with your boys and just stare at her, she'll know you wanna fukk but you have no balls.

1. Chick I met through the shoe stores at the mall which she works at/her coming to my job, we supposed to hang out tomorrow and shyt. 21, Bachelors, a teacher, tomboyish, into shoes. She definitely shows her age, but she has some sense in that head of hers. Looks: Avg. Personality: TBD, but funny.

2. Coworker that I wanted for like 4 years now, I take her home sometimes, cause she lets this no good ass nikka run her whip into the ground. She lives about 5 mins from me, so I don't mind. She doesn't ask all the time, maybe 1 time a week or so. We have a mutual friend and I told that friend. Hook me up with her on that serious shyt for real for real. Now, I KNOW she has a bf and live with the nikka. So I drop her off and I half joking ask, so what about me and you going out for Vday? She says "as friends? you know im in a relationship right? would you want someone to do that if i was you?" Me: You right. Her: Ok, have a good night.
Looks: Above avg. Personality: Very Nuturing. I want her so bad she'd be a good mother to my future kids.

3. Another coworker who I wanna fukk...her friend started working there (lil white girl, kinda crazy but she admits it). So today the friend, whom i supervise, tells me about her messing with a dude blah blah what should she do. So i tell her cause i dont want her, I want her friend. So then she tells me a little about her friend who i wanna fukk about how she's hung up on some cac....etc etc. Then she asks where I live then tells me where she lives. She then proceeds to say well I have your number (cause she got it from the chick i wanna fukk so she can see what time she worked today), if you ever wanna text or call to vent or hang out AT MY HOUSE, feel free. what is she doing here?
