It's paramount to take care of yourself and eat better the older you get. It's absolutely imperative to do so if you dont want to develop a flat top. You'll be more confident, attract younger women and continue to be a healthier you. Genetics plays a small role, sure. But I wish more people would learn to just exercise and eat right. It's a lifestyle choice... like you pointed out.
