That line right there tells me all I need to hear. If you wanted to get this woman back in your life, you could. 99.3% of the dudes she will talk to will be trying to smash either ASAP or at least sometime soon. She'll make immediate comparisons to you in the sense that Reinscarf legitimately wasn't trying to sleep with me and actually get to know me as a person. If nothing else, you did your part in standing out from most other dudes by NOT trying to smash. Trust and believe she will remember that.
In the meantime, you need to get as far away from her as possible and change your route, change churches and change jobs if you can. If you can manage to ghost away from her completely, she'll be back. It'll be up to you on how you feel at that time if you want to pursue something serious.

Yeah I know the rules going to do it.
I won't lie it was hard as hell, considering most women I canoodled and cavorted with within 3 dates I was in it. Especially even now its like damn if i even start over gonna have to wait years again
The good thing is where we work is one of the largest hospitals in all of Canada, since we broke up I've only seen her a few times at work and that can be avoided by taking another route

My ex disrespected me by posting pictures of her and her baby daddy chumming it up and all over each other on FB....
24 hours later I was on backpage trying to get the scent of her vajayjay off of me. Sent her a breakup text right afterwards You did right by not playing them type of games.

Yeah she is and I will cherish her. I haven't had the urge to talk to any other chicks ever since me and her got together. Once you meet a lady that stimulates your mind with brains and knowledge as opposed to only using sex, there's nothing better. She doesn't have the body of a IG model but I accept that...as long she continues to keep herself up and stay active that's all that matters.
The other day when we was together she went out to get us something to eat. I told her I had a taste for some pop eyes. Instead she bought back some shyt from the food market to make salads.
I'm like
"You know damn well u shouldn't be eating all that fried chicken. You already have stomach and heartburn problems...I want you to be healthy baby"
In my mind I'm thinking "Damn, she really cares about me"

There's some levels of disrespect that warrants a woman to get thrown to the bushes. His girl having a wandering eye for someone else, and then her blatantly conveying that to him is the ultimate disrespect. If I was in that position, I'd be questioning her loyalty to me throughout the duration of the relationship and it would lead me to believe that it's just a matter of time before she cheats on me.
To protect myself and to maintain some self respect, the most sensible course of action is to dump her ass where she stands. No if, ands or buts about it. "Communication" in this regard is nothing more than avenue for a woman to manipulate her man away from a decision that his gut is telling him to do(breakup).
I understand. To most women... there aren't levels to disrespect... it's fairly black and white. But I can see how it's different for a man.
