The typical "I haven't did anything since I last saw you" lie. She voluntarily told me that lie a few weeks ago that she hasn't had sex since we did in January. I didn't ask her that because I know the deal . I never ask a female when the last time you had sex. You setting yourself up for a lie or a truth you might not wanna know.

I spent fifteen minutes typing up my problems with the last girl only to say fukk it and delete it. The gems that have been dropped in this thread was the advice I needed.

It's embarrassing to realize your own issues but I guess that's where narcissism and ego needs to get bushed. I felt "I'm a man" so I don't need to express myself to no one. It's imperative that you always be improving as a man. Never let situations or circumstances make you feel like giving up on yourself. I have a coworker who got ditched by his wife, while he was over here on short tour. They were both overweight and she started getting in shape. Great shape. Competition shape. He was asleep at the wheel and thought it was all good.

She ended up leaving him for her trainer. Now I know with my mindset, I'd become the hulk on that ass, just to prove that I could. Instead, he just drinks beer and eats hot wings 24/7. He always comments about the weight I lost and my conditioning but doesn't do a damn thing to change his situation.

Dude gave up on himself and it's sad as fukk. He always talks shyt about his ex now but I can tell he wants her back.
