All in all, the phrase "everything is everything" is so on point, because we bring what we are, do and feel to everything. So getting to understand the intelligence in your body will be helpful in unlocking the mind and vice versa, which will have tremendous effects with the type of sex you have, which will energize you for your life goals and so on and so forth.
