Why is it that men have to "take hints" while pursuing a women that may or may not be interested, and if he reads the situation wrong it's his fault? Why can't women just be upfront?

I just had a conversation with one of my homeboys about this girl he was trying to get with on tinder. They matched and were texting back and forth. Ended up exchanging numbers. Apparently the next day she ended up telling him off because he asked her if she wanted to fukk

She said and I quote "thats creepy as fukk. You should've taken the hint that I didn't want to go there because I've never mentioned having sex with you. You're objectifying me"

I've been with her before but he didn't know until I told him. She lives in our area. Believe me when I say I asked this same girl "when can I come over?" and we fukked the same day with no hassle

I know my homeboy isn't creepy and this girl only said what she said because she didn't like him like that. My thing is, why match with the nikka and give him your number? Why is it his fault that she isn't feeling him but can't tell him straight up?
