@Two Stacks young man.. You need to have an understanding of self and knowledge of your purpose.
Degrees and full time jobs are ideas. A woman could come into your life and meet your basic criteria but be a lost soul with a poor value system.
Purpose
Knowledge of self
Value system
Once you've got an understanding of those 3 things you'll magntize quantity but most importantly you'll be able to separate quality* from quantity a lot quicker.
If she is identifying with ideas that you've outlined as critera she could be a roboticized human who brings nothing of substance your life.
You don't want to fall victim to ideas. There great in theory but should always be challenged and proven to be correct.

I advocate for men to have a set of basic rules / boundaries and no matter how hot she is to don't break the rules.
I also advocate for men to practice what you preach what I mean if you want a loyal woman whose not talking to 10 different guys and exes then you as well shouldn't be talking to ten different women and your exes.
I don't juggle women, nor do I cheat or party so I expect the same.
I don't worry about whether a woman has her degree or full time employment drive is more important.
If a woman has drive and is a hard worker that is all you need.
The most important criteria for me is a woman that finds me valuable.
A woman that will find you valuable encompasses everything. She won't put herself in uncompromising positions for risk of using you, she will be loyal , she won't view you as disposable . she will motivate you and be submissive .

I've been on dates with women from all over the world different races different social classes, stunning hot women, yo average looking coli type chicks. I can say in my life/ relationships/ dating I've come across maybe 1 woman of character that's it.
And I was like 18 and blew it.
Yes if all you want is sex, or a dime on your arm, its easy its never been easier.
If you want substance and no emotional drama and the type of chick your mom could add on Facebook or follow her on Instagram and there won't be any hit of thottery or drama or nukkaz orbiting well.

That being said she gets one chance and if she ever even contemplates about betraying me I will drop her in a second. If I caught her cheating on a trip to a resort I would ask to be switched to another room and she would be served divorce papers as soon as the plane lands.

Me and Reincar are probably older than a lot of the cats reading this thread. I believe Sharp, Turbulent and Crossbones are probably around the same age. I'm 30. Most of us are speaking more from the perspective of someone looking for a quality woman that will last with you for the long-term as opposed to trying to give you a toolkit to manipulate money for sex. If you just want some quick fling, yea, you'll probably enjoy the present day woman. If you want something long-term? Just look at the precipitous decline in the marriage rate. Look at the divorce rate.
This is why we go hard on feminism. This is why we tell ya'll to drop all the tactics and tricks. They'll work a little while, but any woman you attract using that, she's not going to be there as soon as you give up the routine and you'll miss out on the woman that actually likes you for you... because how can they ever be attracted to you if you're always pretending to be someone else? Only by embracing yourself and who you are will you gain any real confidence.

There was a completely different mindset with women at one point, where they were REARED to work with a man as a team to produce a family. Now, look at the marriage rates. Some of you dudes are young enough to not have known of women with that mindset, so it's going to seem strange to you because you grew up in a time where this is all you knew.

What I mean is in terms of laws, harrasment, less moral woman, churches are already breaking on their views of gay marriage and premarital sex appeasing to the left and woman. Society has never been so sexualized.
