brehs, how do you become outcome independent? moreover, how do you detach emotion from the outcome?

i feel like this is where all our frustrations, anger and other emotions come from. Especially with me.

When i apply for a job, i don't think for a second whether or not i'd get the job. I'm at peace knowing that i applied for the job and whatever happens, happens. Weird thing is, most often than not, i tend to get the job.

I feel like emotion at times is good, but when it comes to things like women, it ain't. Rather, it should be calibrated to be used at specific moments.

But in the initial stages of getting to know a woman, it should never be used.

A lare part of the game of life and happiness is having the power to keep it moving. Cats will tell you your simping, or too focused on a thot, or worse. But a lot of times the result of the negative feelings from the outcome comes from your own unwillingness to keep it moving and accept it as what it is.

It's part of being a good person really, you begin to feel entitled for things to workout as long as you put effort in.

This is why oneitis is so bad, it's not the fact that it does or doesn't workout, but the fact that your wasting so much time replaying that interaction, draining your mental energy, over-analyzing because you dont want it to be over.
my life got significantly better once I stopped seeing it as a plan or chess game and just as an experience. Also keeping your life moving at all times, being social with new people, finding new potential interests even when seeing someone are important.

What? The entire point of my post was to NOT wine and dine some random female you just meet. I'm basically saying you shouldn't spend a dime on her until you know she's worthy of it. The process should be mutual you shouldn't have to spend money for her attention

but why even have the thought of wining and dining in ya head ?
you should only have that thought after ya woman has proven herself as worthy.

Later talked with this PAWG at the Starbucks nearby after work that I like after I got off of work. Asked about my plans and I played it off, saying I was kicking it with some friends tonight.

Asked her what were her plans this weekend?

Find out her and her boyfriend (inside I'm like ) are planning on something nice. Then she tells me he has a $20 limit this year, she just wants him to get her something nice for Valentine's day.

Sucks that I know she's taken but it's hard to find a girl like that.

While the Becky at work is on what her man is going to get her after she shelled out over a G on some chain , the PAWG just want her guy to recognize her Saturday with something nice.


After all, February 14 is for the ladies. The guy should only be looking to get some ass for what he did/bought for her.
