Abundance mentality is a must when it comes to keeping Women in check and best believe 99% of Women need to be kept "in check" mentally and emotionally to a certain degree in order for the relationship to continue sailing smoothly.

For all beginners (or Brother's with an extremely low tolerance for BS) I recommend Japanese Women they are the most tolerable. The biggest impact you can make to American Women to help your fellow brothers is to become successful and pick a non-American Woman.
