lol naw that picture suppose to represent my end goal. my goal now is to put on muscle @Mister_DoItNice

yeah I know thats why I put the timeline. thatd take a while to achieve with heavy lifting regularly. if you trying to put on muscle just go lift weights and eat 500 over your maintenance. start wtih the big 3 lifts and some pull/push ups and branch out once your more comfortable.

is it better for me to lose fat first then try to bulk up or with me being a newbie its going to happen anyway?

gonna lie man you've set some lofty goals for yourself. Dude in that picture is at least 215 and is somewhat lean which means he was bigger than that and cut to the point you see in that picture. It's not impossible by any stretch but it takes an extremely dedicated individual to achieve that kind of physique. Like was already said, clean bulk. Lots of protein, some brown rice, whole wheat bread. shyt like that.

If you're in for the long haul then go for it!

I'm cutting 1st than gonna try to bulk...

I'm like 180ish

I been doing dumbbell presses and I've have actually lifted heavier over time...
But I eat a lot of protein tho with less than 80 carbs a day

Weight:225.

I know its gone be a long process but Im willing to put in the work and Dedication and time .. this is something i really want i just wanna go about it the right way
