Was supposed to link up with a chick from work at her crib. She pumped fake after we had been talking. Was chilling a few blocks from her crib because she and her co-workers were at the big company party with an open bar and a band. I didn't pay it any mind because it's a few drinks and she was going to text me when she was leaving. She did and said she'd let me know the address when she was home. Waited over a half hour before I just said fukk it. She just ceased all communication from her last text and ignored mine. I'm not mad I got stood up. I'm mad my time was wasted. Lesson learned.

u met her from work? how are u going to deal with the awkwardness when u see her?

and next time a girl says shes going to hit u up at a specific time, and yall already had definite plans, dont hit her up asking where she is (unless of course shes ur girl). but the scenario u described was a classic case of bird brain behavior. she was gon have u smash tonight, but someone else probably got her attention at the bar, and with alcohol being involved, it didnt take much for her to be like fucck it and disregard u.

she'll probably hit u up late tonight or early tomorrow, talking about she passed out. but since based on ur post, u come off as an amateur, im pretty sure u'll fucck up ur response.

It's a very big building. 50 floors. I can go days, sometimes weeks without seeing someone I know if I don't have a reason to see them. Won't be any awkwardness, just going to keep it moving.

EDIT: I never hit her up asking where she was. Convo literally went like this:

Me: I'm leaving now. Had a project I needed to get out of the door. It'll take me about 15 minutes to get to your place.
Her: Do you mind if I meet you an hour later? My coworkers and I are grabbing drinks. So sorry.
Me: It's cool. I'm going to hang out in the neighborhood (Union Square).
Her. Thanks. I'll leave around XX. Should take 20-30 minutes. I'll text you when to come over.

That was the last I heard from her. At that point I was already tired from work. I just wanted to go home and take a shower. I'm not pressed for some p*ssy. I catch these chicks looking at me all the time with some blushing when I do. The opportunity to get ass is plentiful. Just not my priority.

My ex and I hung out yesterday. Simped over her while we were together and then thought about it and called her an hour later.

Letting her know that I'm trying to become a better man and apologized for how I acted but she never once apologized or even made an attempt to be a better woman, and she must not truly have loved me bc she waited 5 days after I let her know I got out of the hospital to visit her, and that she's playing games. That's her issue, should've never told her I wouldn't abandon her or she can call me or come over.

But I feel like I at least kept it nice and I think she kinda felt that ether bc the whole time she had felt shed had me wrapped around her finger.

The weird thing was once we met up I was happy and in shape in a cut off shirt and she wanted me to put a sweater on, we're at my apartment and at a cafe and she's acting like I'm hers still staring chicks down, paying for my coffee. Trying to show intimacy but pulling away.

I've been meditating, bc I did discover I do need to work on my anger. But I'm like man I'm over here growing and becoming more of a man, wait till I get back to work and get a check, and you just seem so bitter and angry and miserable that we broke up and you're the one that broke up with me.

I still got love for her, but she's not growing up and she's not coming correct and I'm the best man that she's had, a dude that would actually get her to pray. Intelligent classy athletic and caring and hardworking and clean with morals.

So I'm not hitting that, bird brained bytch up no mo.
