meh...thing with the abundance mentality is that an abundant amount of women aint really shyt. so when you come across one that you really vibe with or really like then they stand out and youre inclined to want them saying fukk the rest. if you wanna mac and be a player the rest of your life then sure the abundant mentality can gwan. but if youre truly looking find one chick that you can hold down the abundant mentality may be more detrimental than it is rewarding

I think the mentality is more of waiting to a girl really stands out though and shows the same level of interest( preferably more interest) and most importantly she stands the test of time.

Let me tell you brehs one thing i learned this past weekend... Get your ass in the gym!

I was never a big dude, always skinny... recently I have been going o the gym, like 8 months now. Anyways, I've dated a few women here and there but nothing were it go to the point of sexual contact... except for this past weekend.

Long story short - she was rubbing my back putting some lotion on it, and for a quick second I guess she lost her reserve becaus she let out a big sigh and whispered under her breath "god".... all I could do is look back at her like this

Eventually, we get in bed and I'm on top her and she grabs my arms and squeezes, and she dead looks me in the eye and says "your arms are so strong"

Brehs, let me tell you I've never had any women actually compliment me on my physique - my confidence went through the roof. ain't no one could tell me shyt after that lol

What I will to yall, get to the gym, stay dedicated and watch what you eat. You have to be consistent, it's a must - and don't be concerned about seeing results overnight because you won't. However, sticking with it and eating right, in about a good 6 months - trust me, you will see change.

The only tihng I need to work on is my stomach, a small problem area, but honestly, i'm not even worry about it.

I mainly do deadlifts/back, squats, bench and pullups and of course arms and shoulders.

eat brehs, i wish i knew this before and all though brehs on here would say it, i never appreciated it until i've witnessed it first hand.

I will say this - your phone will only stay dry if you don't approach women... you have to approach them. You know that, we all know that. I for one, saw her and I had to seize the moment. I was wearing a hoodie so she really couldn't see how jacked I was until weeks later.
