Im glad you understand from a man’s point of view. My family members would say “I think you had something good” which to me sounds like fear talk.
I’ve learned that fear talk comes from a place of wanting to protect. They want you to marry that sweet girl, lock down that job offer, sign off on that new home simply because they want you (in their mind) to be in a comfortable spot in life. Not to see you struggle like they did.
We as men know comfortability brings complacency, which stalls progression. My sisters & mother are doubtful anytime I step outside the box for my own piece of mind, but be they same ones cheering when shyt works out
