Mandem, any of ya’ll wish happy bday to a girl who things recently went sour with?

Casual situation that lasted for awhile up until 2 weeks ago when things just shifted from her end for 1 reason or another. She called me last week after 1 week of no contact and basically said she was starting to resent me because she felt the relationship/situation was uneven as she was/has been vulnerable with me and i wasn’t really changing and said how she didn’t mean anythin to me seeing as how i could go a long time without speaking to her (which tells me she purposely avoided contact to see if i would crack?). Thing is, she was always the one that reached out to me first but now all of a sudden something made her stop and now she wants to test me? Anyways, I managed to calm her down/tell her some things and we ended the call on a good note and she was her normal self compared to when she called and i could tell in her voice she was very bothered by something. Thought that call would’ve smoothen things out but it seems like it hasn’t as she hasn’t contacted me this week. I’ve been consistent with my actions from day 1 and even though she kept saying she was frustrated that i wasn’t opening up or that i was difficult/complex/emotionless/“playing her” that never stopped her from messaging me/calling me/snapping me/opening up/becoming vulnerable with me until recently when something obviously instantly switched. So technically, we both were consistent. Things however, are now off/tense and i’m definitely not going to start chasing her or doing things differently to get her back, as she’ll lose respect for me.

I’ve accepted its done, but would any of ya’ll still send a simple happy bday text?

It’s clear she likes u more than u like her. That being the case, no need to be harsh with her. If she’s been good to u, send her a happy birthday. Wish her the best.

Sooooo underrated. I was talking with this girl and I used to be up until like 1-2am talking with her and I had to be up @ 6am for work. Everything started suffering, I was tired and angry at work, ran out of energy in the gym, no sleep just kills your outlook on life..lol

Cut her off and started going to sleep around 10-11pm. Made a world of difference. Waking up and feeling refreshed makes everything easier.
