we've been coworkers since march of last year, friends since around july of last year, and intimately involved only since this past february... i will say that I could see something serious with her, just need shorty to relax a little bit.
hard to answer without knowing exactly what you want from shorty
if youre on the fence youre prolly just better off just taking a step back. if she notices something is "different" and complains just reassure her that everything is fine, but that youre just a bit busy with some personal stuff - goals, hobbies or whatever. if she expresses issues/complains stand your ground
