this is why i be genuinely shocked when i see people who been in relationships 5+ years breaking up.

my barber's 33, his girl 32 and she recently broke up with him after 4 years.
lol i have no idea what she think she doing or getting into. ppl are clueless of whats out there

Men tend to not leave relationships and women stay until they have an option to leave lol.

For me I broke off long term stuff because I did not see myself marrying these women and didnt want to rob them of the rest of their child bearing years, so I ended things so they could have a chance at kids and marriage or whatever......they still single and childless by the way :mjlol:

its funny you say that. i became so resentful toward my last ex i low key wanted to rob her of her child bearing years but decided to just cut it loose and preserve my sanity

i thought id marry that chick but had to make the tough decision and cut her loose. i dont think a single ex of mine is married. one almost was but homie cheated and she cut him loose after the engagement

Great question

I know he wanted to but its likely he wasnt urgent enough for her. He wanted kids before marriage and she wanted them after marriage if i recall. So i dont blame her in that sense

Weddings are expensive though lol.

I end some but it takes a lot for me to give up on a girl

I think every man ought to break up with a woman he deems attractive at least once

Who are you telling :francis:
mine was 1,000
lol yea man. He's a barber. I am sure his pockets aint exactly fat given the state of the economy. Saving for a ring, then paying 10s of 1000s for a ring. If she was down to do a court house thing i'm sure hed consider it or be willing

It’s one of those norms I think needs to be reevaluated considering the economics younger people face these days.

We set a number and really made the wedding what we wanted and with who we wanted there. That said I can see people getting influenced to do things that really add to the bill. There was definitely points as we were cutting checks I was like “we should have eloped” :heh:

End of the day I wouldn’t change it but my advice would be for anyone to really consider what’s best for them.

I did a court wedding with my wife and then our reception was the only thing that cost money rooftop. But because it was Uganda it was only 20 dollars a plate .

I also only got a moisonatte 50 dollar ring for her wedding band

Only the engagement was a lab created diamond ring

It was stupid diamond companies and marketing that made all this crap.

De beers started that engagement ring crap and also thay stupid 3 months rule

Just get a lab created diamond like 80 percent cheaper or even a moisonatte

Get married at a court house and invite your close friends

Rent a few cameras and let friends take photos

The whole industry is a scam

That’s one way to do it. End of the day, the couple should do what’s best for them. That’s the most important thing. Especially if they are footing the bill.

Financial Influencer watched "The Materialists" - a movie about a matchmaker that was dating a "brokie" (Cap'n America) and then starts dating a "billionaire" (The Mandalorian), but of course, ends up with the brokie.

1) Speaking about herself, "Having grown up poor, I wanted to date a man that was financially stable"

Stable is doing a lot of work in that sentence.

That's not why I put this up.

2) What do they really think when a man improves himself?

So part of The Billionaire's back story is that he he was 5'6" and then got a height extension to 6'2"

@ 17:37

Few things in this world more dangerous, more scary than a man who used to be rejected by women, felt very insecure around women,..Who is now getting approval or access to those same women who once rejected him. ..Scary, scary vibes. Those guys are often, let's just say ill-intentioned to say the least...

A man in his latter 40s, never married, who's made 10's of millions of dollars through private equity and got surgery to extend his legs. I don't think that man is going to be a good life partner

^This is really on some Ice Cube, "Here's what they* think about you"

*Educated white women and those that wish to be her.

The rest of the video, she's talking about the age/power/money differential between the female character and the billionaire character. But yeah whatever.

3) The real message for her audience

This film is "Broke Boy Propaganda" (along with Alladin, The Notebook, Titanic)

The propaganda is there;s only a choice between

Really rich guys who'll treat you nice, but have no chemistry with

and

Broke guys who "get that thang in action

What she misses, is that the dude with a decent job, 401k, and can talk to a broad - is not really under her audience's consideration...

Women deal in extremes. In an Ideal world a wealthy cuck funds their life while they can sleep and procreate with who they physically want.
