That lil mo leaves the preacher thread just made me think about something. It's very important to look into a woman's past and see the type of dudes she normally deals with. What are the similarities of her past dudes? Every woman has a type or types she likes to deal with. Some women like them 'roughnecks' and others like intellectual brothas, and other like smooth, playa types, etc., etc.

Why is this important? This is important because if you are in direct opposition to the type she normally deals with, you need to start asking questions. There is a very high probability that what you're doing with her won't last if you are not her inherent preference. For example, you meet this chick and she dealt with nothing but bikers, but all of a sudden she says she wants some nice guy that has it all together. What made her want to change? I bet when you ask her, she will tell you something along the lines of 'they just weren't right for her.' Realistically, everyone has their inherent preference... They have that type they are naturally attracted to, and if finances and other life considerations were taken out of the equation, that's the type of dude they will gravitate towards and deal with over all others.

The importance of this knowledge is that you don't want to be that 'contrast' to her normal type, ESPECIALLY when she wants to deal with you because she feels the other guys aren't committing or causing too much trouble for her. She's essentially saying that she needs a walking paycheck or emotional rest haven to get her back on her feet and she's scouting you as a potential victim. When her emotions or her finances are recuperated, she will go RIGHT BACK to her initial preference.

You want to be that dude that deals with women who like your type. If you're an intellectual type of dude, you want to go for that chick who likes intellectual dudes and that's who she deals with inherently. People gravitate back towards their inherent preferences more times than not.

would that fall under race also in regards to type? how deep does it go/what type of levels? Say it's a chick that doesn't mess with brotha's and switches up to a brotha, or vice versa always messed with brothas then switched it up, should there be concern for the dude. I feel you on the mental aspect of it (such as intelligence), i've never thought too much about the physical makeup like race, is there any weight held there?

i've heard too many stories, hell even from my own personal experiences that if the mom digs you TOO much, not on some ish (even though it can be that way in some cases) but mainly on some homer/biggest fan type ish it COULD be bad. Better results are produced if the pops is feeling you n/h (bar any situations where the pops is not in the picture in some aspect).

I'm just saying watch/make sure her moms isn't over doing it, it will start to drag/get on her daughters nerves and she will take it out on you.

MY ex-girlfriend insists that I forgive her for breaking my heart and ripping me off.
