World war 3 in my stomach fam
Going back to a 3 day full body split with cardio on non lifting days.
Thoughts on 2 lifts per muscle group with 5 sets 30-40 total reps for main life and 3X12 for iso movement?
Ie.
Chest/Back/Leg
Bench 10,5,5,5,10 (1st and last set warm up/cool down)
Chest Fly machine or Dips 3X12
Lat Pull down 4X10
seated row 4X10
Squat 10,5,5,5,10
Stiff leg deadlift 4X8

yea i dont know why, but these broads love some a** on a man.
Gold's Gym. Some might and some might not through.
I do tons of squats through the years. No one has ever grabbed my butt.
