Yall ever have days where you feel like you have bad circulation? My legs just feel blah. Trying to work em but it's like there's nothing in them. Stretched em like I normally do but never woke up. Struggled through some squats and calf raises but couldn't really do em cause my legs felt dead. But I've only had like a week and half at most since I've worked legs. What's up with this?
